Canyon County average price of homes sold at the end of the Second Quarter in Nampa (Area 1250) was $105,033, as compared to the median price of $103,619. Canyon County average price of homes sold at the end of June 2002 was $106,576, as compared to the median price of $96,300. (Ref. 17)

 

At the end of the Third Quarter of 2002, the average price of homes sold in Area 1290 was $145,011, as compared to the Median price of $113,900.
